We are excited to announce the establishment of the South Carolina Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE). Our mission is to ensure equity in the administration of justice in the provision of public service to all communities, and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action.

On January 26, 2023 we held a meeting in Columbia, SC to establish the South Carolina Chapter of NOBLE for the purpose of providing local and state presence for National members of the organization who live or work in South Carolina.

Since 1976, NOBLE has served as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action. NOBLE has over 50 chapters and nearly 4000 members worldwide comprised of chief executive officers and command-level law enforcement officials from federal, state, county, municipal law enforcement agencies, and criminal justice practitioners.
